Refund policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return or exchange your order, you can send us a request within 14 days from the date of purchase/delivery.

Return/Exchange requests must meet the below requirements:

• Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase (In Store) or from the date of delivery (Online orders).
• Proof of purchase must be provided via order/Invoice number.
  
• Returned products should be unused and returned with all tags & labels intact in their protective packaging.

TO REQUEST A RETURN

1.  Please request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply email us your request at info@heggygroup.com
2.  A pick up will be arranged with an additional shipping fee depending on your location. Please note that it can take up to 15 days for us to receive your return.
3.  Once your return is accepted at our quality department, your refund will be credited back via the same payment method used to purchase your order (Excluding shipping fees).  Refunds can take between 4-15 business days depending on your payment provider.
